Common fixes
- Use a well-lit JPG or PNG under 12 MB.
- Print the PDF at 100% scale, not “fit to page”.
- Choose 14 count for a balanced first project.
- Use the stitchability check to review isolated stitches before exporting.
- Use a .stitchmosaic project file to move a chart without sending the source photo.
- Use the row and column numbers to join chart pages.
Purchase help
For a missing or faulty export, send the order reference and browser name through your support channel. Please do not send your photograph, card number, password or API key.

Signed-in users can export account data or request account deletion from the account page. To bind an earlier anonymous purchase, use its checkout reference, pattern ID and unused recovery code. Support will never bind a purchase based on an email address alone.
