Using the studio

You may use StitchMosaic to create previews and exports from images, text, QR content and drawing inputs you have the right to use. Do not upload or enter unlawful, abusive or infringing material. You are responsible for checking the result before stitching.

Exports and licence

An unlocked export is for the purchaser's personal and small-business craft use. You may edit, print and sell finished hand-stitched items. You may not resell, share, sublicense or repackage the generated chart, PDF, SVG, PNG or project file as a digital product, template, stock image or pattern bundle. This licence does not cover automated mass production or enterprise redistribution; contact support before those uses. You remain responsible for rights to your source material, and StitchMosaic does not claim ownership of it.

Single unlocks and pattern packs

A single purchase permanently unlocks the chart linked at checkout while that purchase remains active. A 5- or 10-pattern pack belongs to one verified account, applies its first credit to the checkout chart and deducts one credit whenever you explicitly unlock another private account chart. Credits do not expire, are not transferable and have no cash value.

A refund, dispute, chargeback or provider revocation disables the affected order and its entitlement. For a refunded pack this includes server access to charts unlocked from that pack. Files already downloaded to a device cannot technically be recalled.

Accuracy

Colour values and skein estimates are approximations. Thread alternatives are independently calculated screen-colour suggestions, not official manufacturer conversions. Thread availability, fabric tension and printer scaling vary. QR patterns can fail after stitching, scaling or module changes; test the finished piece with multiple devices and do not use it as the only access path for safety-critical information. Always print at 100% and test a small area before committing to a large project.

Availability

The service is provided as an evolving software product. Features may change, and the operator may limit access to prevent abuse. See the refund policy for purchase support.

Optional accounts

An account is optional. Passwordless sign-in uses a one-time email link and is intended for your own mailbox. Do not share a sign-in link or session cookie. Cloud saves and any purchase binding will occur only after an explicit action in the product; we never assign an anonymous order to an account solely because the email addresses look similar.

You can export your account data or request account deletion from the account page. Deletion immediately ends sign-in and removes or irreversibly redacts saved chart content. Necessary financial records may remain for legal, refund or dispute handling, and backups created before deletion expire within 30 days.
